So it has been several days and Brodie is still sick. His fever has been peaking at 103.7! And this morning he woke up with conjunctivitis in both eyes! Poor little guy. I have to say, although he is a little more cranky and needy then he typically is, overall he is staying in pretty good spirits for being sick. I am hoping he gets better soon though because I hate seeing him sick. It makes my heart hurt. I also feel stressed about missing work, although they have been very understanding and accommodating with rescheduling all my clients. Even though I enjoy having extra time to spend with Mr. B, I would prefer to plan ahead to take time off instead of having it be due to illness. I am also completely out of the little sick time I had accrued, so not only am I not getting paid this week, I still have to pay for daycare! Bummer! Oh well, such is life. In other news, they accepted our counter offer on the house and we are now under contract. We have the inspector coming out on Friday and our loan application is in the works. Very exciting times for us!
