Update!

First off Happy St. Patty's Day! I hope everyone is enjoying the influx of green on this fun holiday! Although you can't see it, Mr. B is sporting his first St. Patrick's Day outfit from his Aunt Danielle ; )

Secondly, I am just going to apologize for being a terrible blogger lately. I am still adjusting to the whole going back to work transition and it has really messed with the schedule that I had created over the past few months. Tomorrow is my last day of part time (cringe) and Friday I will be back 40 hours a week (45 including lunch!). I am really not sure how it will be for me. It makes me sick to my stomach just to think about - but hey...one day at a time. On a positive note, Brodie seems to be doing really well with daycare (which I just like to call "school"). He comes home everyday babbling about what he has done and what he has learned (or at least that is my interpretation). Also, they have a live feed of his classroom so the first couple of days I was glued to my computer (even though you can barely tell who is who). This week though I have barely if at all been able to even sneak a peak because work is busy again (last week was Spring Break). I am definitely comforted knowing that he is doing so well and that if I need to I can catch a glimpse. Here is a snapshot of what the feed looks like.
Thirdly, Brodie is 6 months! He turned 6 months 5 days ago - that's how bad I am slacking - no picture or anything! Bad mommy! He is still in the 75th percentile for height, but down to the 5th percentile for weight (obviously he takes after daddy and not me). He will probably plump us soon though because we have had to use a lot more formula since I have returned to work (the pump only works so well). Brodie is still rolling over a lot and actually chooses to spend time on his tummy now. He is super close to sitting up all by himself and is still strong as ever. He loves eating his cereals and we are about to introduce veggies this week! He has been doing pretty well with sleeping also (except for last night!!!). He typically goes to sleep between 6:30-7:00 pm and wakes up at 6 am with mommy and daddy. He usually wakes up once in the middle of the night and cries, so we will go in and tell him it's okay, but that's it. We have even been lucky enough to have a few nights where he slept right through (hallelujah!). Overall things are going really well (except for the whole going back to work thing). I'll get some pics of him this weekend to post!
