As I said yesterday we had a busy busy weekend. So working backwards...before we went trick or treating we headed over to our good friends', Chris & Sarah's, place for a pre-trick or treat bash full of delicious chili and sweet treats! Sarah always knows how to throw a wonderful party and it was great to see some good friends and let the little ones run around the yard and play for a bit before the evening began. And like I said there was some really yummy chili there too! - 3 types...there was a vegetarian option, a traditional option, and then one with skirt steak and mushrooms - delish!!! We hung out over there for about 2 hours before heading to my sisters and the rest of the gang dispersed to do their own trick or treating. Here are some pics of Brodie at the festivities.
